Dear student, welcome!
Read with attention the Normative Resolution of the Graduate Program you are registered, as well as the General Regulation of Graduate Education at USP, both available at Legal Regulation.
PROCEDURES FOR 1st REGISTRATION
You must present a copy of a Bachelor's Degree certificate (Diploma of higher Education or an official certificate of conclusion) and all other doccuments requested during the Application Process.
First registration must be presential, at the Office of Graduate Studies of FCF/USP.

How to get: ID card, E-mail, Bus card USP and Registrstion of dependents at the University Hospital- HU
USP ID
- To request your card, login at the Sistema Janus, go to “Cartões USP” and upload your photograph. After this, please visit to the Office of Graduate Studies to validate your request of an USP ID.
- You will be informed as soon as your card is available to pick up at the Office of Graduate Studies. To renew your card, access the system during the month of expiration of your card and request a new one.
USPmail
- All graduate students must create an account at USPmail. To create youe e-mail account, visit Conta E-mail USP.
ATTENTION: The USPmail is the official communication channel with the Office of Graduate Studies and the Sistema Janus. All students should access it regularly.
Bus card USP (BUSP)
- To request your BUSP card, login at the Sistema Janus, go to “Cartões USP” – “Solicitação de Bilhete USP”.
- You will be informed as soon as your card is available to pick up at the Office of Graduate Studies.
